Return policy..At Perla, we always strive to make your experience simple and enjoyable. If you need to return or exchange a product, please note the following conditions:
1. Return Period:
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Product Condition:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all original documentation and invoice.
3. Non-Physical Items for Return:
Products that have been opened or used, in a manner that maintains the quality standards of the artwork, cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Shipping Fees:
If the reason for the return is not due to customer error, the shipping cost will be charged.
However, if there is an order error or a manufacturing defect, the shipping cost will apply.
5. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
